This is where vision takes shape. In this phase, you’ll clarify the identity of the school God is calling you to build—and begin making it real.
You won’t walk alone. Together, we’ll walk through the 8 First Steps Guide, align your plans and pacing, and engage in community trainings with built-in accountability. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged and sharpened by relationships with other School Founders.
By the end, you’ll have more than a dream—you’ll have a team, a place, a clear identity, and legal standing. Everything you need to accelerate into our Founder Program with confidence.

When you're ready to move forward, apply to our Founder Program: a hands-on coaching experience designed to bring your school from vision to launch.
